CLOVER ROAD PINWHEELS

 

INGREDIENTS:

For the filling: 

2 pkg. Grass Fed Traditional

1 can rotel tomatoes

2 garlic cloves minced

2 tsp. chili powder

½ tsp. garlic salt

½ tsp. cumin

½ tsp. cayenne (optional)

In1-2 scallions, chopped (green and white parts)

 

6 large tortillas

 

Directions: 

In a medium mixing bowl combine all ingredients (except tortillas) and mix until well incorporated. 

 

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

 

Using a large dinner spoon, place a dollop of the filling in the center of one tortilla and spread evenly with the back of the spoon. Roll the tortilla tightly. Transfer to prepared baking sheet.  Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling. 

 

Refrigerate over night. 

 

Using a sharp knife slice the tortillas into 1 ½ inch pinwheels.  There will be lots of scraps from the ends of each roll to enjoy while you work!   

CLOVER ROAD BURGERS

 

SERVES 4 PEOPLE

 

 

INGREDIENTS:

 

1 1/2 LBS GROUND BEEF

2 TBS PER BURGER OF CLOVER ROAD CREAM CHEESE YOUR CHOICE!

2 CLOVES FRESH GARLIC MINCED

¼ cup CHOPPED WHITE ONION

2 TBS WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE

1 TBS LOW SODIUM SOY SAUCE

1 TSP GARLIC POWDER

1 TSP ONION POWDER

SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

 

 

HOW TO MAKE:

 

STEP 1.  TAKE CREAM CHEESE OUT OF FRIDGE AND PLACE ON THE COUNTER

STEP 2. PLACE BEEF IN MEDIUM MIXING BOWL

STEP 3. ADD ALL INGREDINTES EXCEPT CREAM CHEESE

STEP 4. MIX TOGETHER WITH HANDS

STEP 5. DIVIDE MIXTURE INTO FOUR EQUAL PARTS

STEP 6. TAKE EACH SECTION AND FORM BURGERS LEAVING SOME EXTRA MEAT TO COVER THE CHEESE

STEP 7. SPOON IN CREAM CHEESE TO CENTER OF BUGER

STEP 8. COVER CREAM CHEESE WITH REMAING MEAT

STEP 9. GRILL 5-7 MIN A SIDE OR TO DESIERED TEMP.

STEP 10. EAT AND ENJOY!
